End User License Agreement

The App is licensed, not sold, to you. The Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to this Agreement.

The App may offer auto-renewable subscriptions.

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your account settings.

The App and its content are provided by the Developer. Apple Inc. is not responsible for the App, its content, or any maintenance or support services.

The Developer is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support for the App. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance or support services.

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied.

To the extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App.

You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement.

Apple Inc. and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement and, upon your acceptance of this Agreement, will have the right to enforce this Agreement against you.

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Brazil.
